Allen C. Sevareid 73 Of Glasgow

Allen C Sevareid, 73, of Glasgow, Montana passed away January 7, 2018.

Allen was born in Glasgow, Montana to Henry and Ann (Waldhal) Sevareid July 8, 1944. He graduated from Glasgow High School in 1963.  After high school he went to neon sign school in New York. He was drafted into the Army in 1968 and received an honorable discharge in 1969.  He married Julia Nelson in 1968 and they made their home in Glasgow.

Allen was a well-known sign painter in the Eastern Montana area. He enjoyed woodworking, planes, trains and painting. He was a member of the VFW, Jaycees, and Elks.

Preceding him in death are his parents Henry and Ann, his sister Arlene, and wife Julia.

Allen is survived by his sons, Allen (Theresa) of Belgrade, Montana and Eric (Kristi) of Billings, Montana; five grandchildren Kayla (Travis), Ryan, Alex, Sara and Tyson; and two great-grandchildren Paityn and Zoey.

A memorial service will be Thursday February 1, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at Bell Mortuary. Luncheon will follow at Bell Mortuary. Burial will take place at Highland Cemetery in Glasgow at 12:30 p.m.
