Eva loved puttering outside with flowers in her garden, and also enjoyed boating and catching the biggest fish. She worked on many crafts and delighted in playing cards, bingo and bridge with the ladies of her community. She took pride in having women come to her home where she offered perms and haircuts, and also worked for the Glasgow Credit Bureau and Glasgow Flower Shop where she created beautiful arrangements. Eva was a member of the Garden Club and Our Redeemers Lutheran Church in Nashua. She enjoyed telling the story about her father and surviving his journey on the Titanic.
