Harold Dean Eide age 89 of Glasgow, Montana passed away March 18, 2015 in Billings, Montana.
Harold was born June 29, 1925 to Chester H. Sr. and Erminia J. Eide. Harold lived near Damar, Square Deal, than Glasgow. Harold graduated from Glasgow High School in 1943. He started farming immediately after graduation. Not long after establishing his farm Harold also branched into ranching. Harold and Mary Lou Molvig who had met in high school were married on August 29, 1948 in the Lutheran Church in Wolf Point, Montana.
Harold not only loved farming and ranching, but every animal out there. He was notorious for bringing home strays of any kind. Even Sage hens had a special place in Harold’s heart. Harold also had a love for aviation. He liked to hire pilots to fly him out to check his cows.
Harold is preceded in death by his parents, brothers Chester H. Jr., Clifford C., Harry E., and nephew Chester H. III (Skip).
Harold is survived by his loving wife, Mary Lou; nieces Rebecca Rens, Susan Douglass, and Debra Ray; nephews Clifford Jr. (Clay) and Michael.
