Roger D. Wing

Roger D. Wing, 71, of Glasgow, Montana passed away with family by his side at his home in Glasgow, Montana on Sunday, March 9, 2025.

Roger was born in Glasgow, Montana on November 22, 1953 to Arthur L. and Myrtle (Lukin) Wing. He received his education at Glasgow Public Schools. He was a member of the First Lutheran Church.

As a young man, Roger hitch hiked across almost the entire United States. He worked as a dishwasher for the Cottonwood Restaurant for over 20 years.

Roger is survived by his brother John “Buster”(Darlene) Wing, son Darren Archambeault, significant other Joy DeTienne, nephew Robert A. Wing, Brandon(Tara), Elissa(Tylor), grandson, Jax, sister-in-law Helen Wing and his lifelong best friend, Dave Davis.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his sister Maxine Monson, brother Robert Wing, niece Randon Billman and nephew Kelly Monson.

A celebration of life is planned for 4:00 p.m., Saturday, May 17, 2024 at the Cottonwood Inn in Glasgow, Montana. Condolences for the family may be left online at bellmortuarymontana.com.
