Sandra Lillian Leibrand Bartlett, 82, passed away June 5, 2023. Sandra was born April 4, 1941 to Martin and Florence Leibrand in Swan River, Manitoba, Canada. The family immigrated to Scobey where Sandra grew up. She was the youngest of six children.
November 28, 1959, she married Clarence (Bob) Bartlett in Glasgow where they met as Bob served in the U.S.A.F. at Glasgow Air Force Base. They remained married, 63 years, until her death.
With her husband, Sandy moved around the country as Bob served in the military. They eventually ended up where it all began, back in the Glasgow area for the last several years of her life.
Sandra is preceded in death by her son, Terry R. Bartlett; parents, Martin and Florence Leibrand; brothers, James Leibrand (Hilda), Fred Leibrand (Bonnie) and John Leibrand, and her sister Anne McCullough (Doug).
She is survived by her loving husband Bob, her daughter Robin Bartlett (Michael Keever); grandchildren; Lindsey Brune, Josiah Brune, Madeleine Bartlett, and Delaney Bartlett; and great-grandchildren; Hailee Richardson, Conner Richardson, Cash Richardson and Frankie King; sister Shirley (Jim) and many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
Sandra will be greatly missed by all whose lives she touched.
A celebration of Sandra’s life will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday July 8, 2023.
